French Renault R35 WW2 Tank

I would like to know if it would be possible to make a Renault R35 tank. To use it as a tractor with 3-point hitch at the rear + personalized balancing weight.

This is not the first tank mod. I can't be the only one who wants this. I already managed to get a 3D model (interior missing). I have absolutely no modding knowledge and am willing to pay to get this mod. I know very well that it takes a lot of time and effort and I know that it is well worth paying. Especially since the fairly unique suspensions of the Renault R35 must be quite hard to reproduce. But the person who will manufacture this mod will have all my respect and a remuneration to that height.
